Let me start by saying I've used Moore Cleaners for years, but through the years, I could never have experienced the level of dedication, professionalism, or customer service from many businesses in this day, so I felt it was necessary to write this review. My husband and I were leaving out of town for his mother's B-day, so of course, I took my favorite clothes and dresses to Moore Cleaners. My husband and I run a business ourselves, and I became overwhelmed and simply "forgot" that Saturday to pick up my cleaning before our flight, ( leaving that Sunday morning). It was that Saturday night, around 6pm when I realized my mistake. I was devastated. My husband, trying to become the hero, jumped in the car to catch anyone still working. They were closed, but my husband somehow got in touch with the owner, and without hesitation, he said he "was on his way, but lived about 30 mins away". My husband tried to offer to pay a compensation for his troubles, but he refused. This goes beyond dedication. It is simply unheard of, ridiculous behavior of any person, let alone, any business owner I know currently. I am originally from the South, and feel this experience reminds me of the "mom and pop" great service I felt was no longer a part of our culture. I am refreshed to see that these people/business owners still exist. Forever a Moore Cleaners customer, ~ Kat Harper
