Colorado Cleaners

Supposed to grab my dry cleaning twice and nobody ever came. First time was an incorrect address because they asked for the address straight below the cc information, so i assumed it was the billing address. Updated the address, nobody ever came. Tried calling and their phone apparently doesn’t work very well because someone would answer then hang up.

I have used the service of this company because is a benefit for the employees of the hotel where I work, Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel, but twice this company has lost my clothe: two shirts and one suit. I called to the company and I have talked with Karen and Melissa, but they have not solved the issue. The clothes is my job uniform, so the company has to recover my shirts and suit or they have to buy my new job uniform. They have a terrible service, it has been my worst experience with a laundry service.

This needs to be removed from Google Maps as a store front. I brought 20+ items to dry clean just to find an empty building. Very misleading.

Complete lack of regard for 10 yrs of loyalty! On top of the incorrect phone number advertised on Google, this cleaners closed up counter shop without any notice given to customers in their database and then have the nerve to deny one-time service to a loyal customer for 10 years who had no idea counter service had been discontinued. Given this negligent attitude toward customer business, I wouldn't trust this cleaners to touch anything I were paying them to clean.
