In and Out Cleaners

When I went to pick up my item the lady said it had already been picked up (I did not pick it up nor do I have it in my possession). When asking her to look for it she immediately asks "why are you accusing me?" Then asks me to prove that I didn't pick it up. She also stated that there are too many customers to keep track of this kind of thing. I have no family or friends in the area that would have my info to pick it up as she tried to claim is what happened. It was my husband's high school letterman jacket, something that can never be replaced. To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. Beyond losing something so priceless the woman was rude. If you need something of value cleaned do NOT go here!

I think Kim and the service she provides are just great. I've never been disappointed.

Great service. There have been small issues with timing that we're always fairly resolved (such as crediting my account). I've always had a great experience here. Don't listen to the bad reviews, she's a great, honest business owner!

Excellent and friendly service, this is a 5 star shop and deserves to be rated as such. Not sure how some of these people could have had a bad experience here.
