    I have been a customer for 15 years and I always am pleased with their service. The girls in the shop are great. In the summer heat and in the windy winter, they are always there to help. I drop off dirty shirts and they give them back clean. its a good deal.

    Terrible customer service. I dropped off a leather jacket and only after was notified they wouldnt clean it - after Ive taken another leather jacket here before? When I picked up my things the older woman behind the counter chirped at me for not thanking her, accused me of yelling at her and that it was all on camera - when I asked her name, she was unwilling to share, but was more than willing to throw the owners name out! So, Mike Miller, I recommend hiring someone with less attitude to run your store!

    DONT GO HERE! They lost my favorite shirt. I had the laundry stub that showed I dropped off one more shirt than they gave back to me. Thats what the stub is for! But they called me a liar for over a month. Told me I couldnt prove it because their cameras dont work. After weeks of me following up with them and them telling me Im wrong, they gave me a bit of money to make me go away but didnt even refund the dry cleaning bill they screwed up. 2 months later, they called me to say some other customer brought back my shirt. They gave it to the wrong customer. But they made excuses. And I never got an apology or acknowledgment that they called me a liar the whole time. TERRIBLE

    After being a customer for 2 years, I would say I had OK service, still a pen and pencil shop, asking for my phone number every time, but - hey that's OK. What has changed recently is there have been a couple issues, a stain and a couple damaged mens shirts. Usually for small errors I can just let things go due to good service, but this time they ruined a brand new mens dress shirt. When I walked in to have a civil conversation with them, they blamed the shirt, and insulted how much I paid for the shirt "I don't understand why you would pay that much for a shirt like this". 3rd strike, you are our Carousel. Patience is gone, and I will find another cleaner that is willing to work with customer for ways to remedy a poor situation.

Charlotte thank you for taking time to write a review. I looked at your cleaning history and in December you had a leather coat that we also did not clean and returned at no charge. As many will probably read this review I will explain about leathers as they require a process that will reoil the skin and a process that can restore any lost color. Most drycleaners are only equipped to clean but not restore. Denver at one time had two leather specialists who are now out of business. There are cleaners that say they can clean leathers but have no restorative capabilities. We suggest Arrow Cleaners in Kansas City. They do a very seamless mail order service. They will email a shipping label to you then go to Pack N Ship send it to Arrow Cleaners they will send a photo,clean the garment and return and charge your credit card. They are well known as a reputable leather cleaners. Also there are a few cleaners that will send to a leather cleaners for you but cost will be more. As for the exchange between you and my CSR civility goes both ways being irritated because we cannot safely clean your garment, complaining about prices and empathily saying you will not use our services anymore does not bode well when thrown at someone who inherently wants to wait on you pleasantly and respectfully. It is always our goal and intent to clean your clothes safely and professionally. The charge is reflective of cost to do business. Denver minimum wage of $18.27 ( and no one at our store works for minimum wage as they would be easily lured away by competitors) combined with high property taxes as well many government mandated costs determine what we must charge. If that drives you away so be it I Mike Miller personally invite you Charlotte to continue to do business with us and we will do the very best to use our experience and skill to clean and press your garments to a ready to wear condition. Hi Layne. Our CSR's were uncertain if you dropped the the shirt or not. They did not call you a liar. They did ask if you were certain you dropped it off. Usually we could easily check with our cameras but as luck would have it that camera was not operating that day. After allowing us some time to search for your shirt that you said cost $80 we gave you a check for $85 at which time you time you demanded full reimbursement for your complete dry cleaning order. Quite frankly I consider this pileing on and trying to turn an unfortunate situation into a bonanza. As it turns out a customer returned the shirt and and we recleaned it and returned it to you. Now you have the shirt and the cash. I know we inconvenienced you and am sorry for that. I do not think it can be said we were unfair to you in the end. Thanks Mike

I understand you have sewed in collar stays thatay have contributed to your problem. I wish I had been present when you came in and been able to examine your collar. There may have been a remedy.
