Pretty run down apartments with constant issues. There's asbestos, weird smells, and water damage. It'll work in a pinch, and tgre units themselves aren't the worst, but look somewhere else if you can.

First off, I'm giving my landlord 5 stars in this review because Denise is probably the best landlord I have ever had. She is considerate, understanding, and willing to work with you as a tenant. I was always transparent with her and she was always incredibly understanding of our situation. She was also very quick to schedule maintenance and had the problem solved typically within a timeframe of 24 hours. The reason for 4 stars is the complex itself needs some help. There was one point when one of elevators was down for more than a month, and at one point both elevators were down. In an 11 story building there should ALWAYS be a working elevator especially for people with accessibility issues, no excuses. The community as a whole is extremely friendly. Overall I would rate this a good place to live.
