DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Was considering moving here until I happened to talk to a couple of residents. They told me they have a problem with theft and vandalism and that the "management" company hasn't done anything about it. People's cars have been broken into or damaged, storage units have been broken into and the "management" company doesn't care. There's no security and there are no security cameras. Some of the residents have seen people using the parking lot to sleep in their cars! Rent is too high to have to worry about whether or not your property is going to be stolen or damaged. There seems to be a lack of management here. Save your money.....and your peace of mind - find another place to live!

This place is horrendous. Not only are the buildings in constant need of repair, everything from the roofs to the plumbing, the kids are the worst. There are a few families that allow their kids to vandalize the property all summer. They have now taken to sitting outside while watching their kids break the light fixtures, tear up the landscaping, destroy the machines in the laundry rooms, which everyone has to use since personal washers/dryers are not allowed in most units, throw rocks at other tenants parked cars, and they leave trash scattered throughout the property. They will attack pets by pelting rocks at them and have started verbally harassing my two children. The management company and the HOA have received constant complaints about these tenants but they face no repercussions. Dont worry though, YOU will be the one to pay the increased hoa fees to cover the costs of their vandalism and the parents will show up at your door to scream at you if you say anything about their kids behavior. Be sure to have the police non-emergency number handy; you will need frequently.
