A tree branch had fallen and scratched my car. I called and/or emailed the Management and the Maintenance Supervisor multiple times to file a claim. It took 2 weeks to get a reply from Management. The Maintenance Supervisor never returned my calls. Chris at Cap management basically said they are not responsible. Then what is the harm to file a claim and have it be denied? Why would I take their word. Let the Insurance Companies hash it out. I do not have any luck parking in the main parking lot. I parked in the middle section and got door dinged multiple times. I park in the middle along the park border and then it rains and my car is in 8" of water. I parked near the park entrance and my license plates get stolen. (No actual cameras) And now a tree branch falls on my car....

Great technical help from Gwen and Leah on how to navigate the online webportal. They responded in a timely manner to my query, and were kind and courteous.
