Lived here for 2 years. Very quite and clean. Great location with City Park right next door and all kinds of bars and restaurants off of Colfax. The staff was amazing. Issues were fixed within hours of reporting.

I lived there for 2 years. The management was great, issues were usually resolved within one day. I’m very thankful for the people who work there, they made my life there easy and pleasant. The only complaint I had was the noise issue, but I guess every apartment could have the same issue.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! This place is a scam!!!! I lived here for 2 years with very little issue until it came time to move out of my apartment. I cleaned the apartment to an absolute tee before moving out and they still charged me over $500 from my security deposit to CLEAN the apartment. There was no damage to anything. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee for cleaning the medicine cabinet (there wasn't even one in the apartment). I was charged $50 for cleaning the kitchen sink which was immaculate. $50 for the refrigerator which was spotless. $50 for not changing out the AC filter (which is a maintenance issue and should have been replaced by them). Overall I would say avoid this place at all costs. Way too over priced for an apartment that is nowhere near downtown and has no accommodations like a pool or balcony. Even the fitness center is filled with treadmills that have no power; you have to adjust the incline and let gravity do the work. Management is nice until it comes time to move out. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could. Find somewhere that isn't scam!!!!
