Thank you thank you to the kind man from Kasserman who took time out of his day today to help dig my car out of an icy parallel parking spot. I was totally stuck with tires spinning. I dont know what I would have done. Thank you!

*Edit: it has now been 4 months with no contact/response from these people* Does anyone work here? I totally understand that they are likely busy but it's a big red flag when you send multiple emails and calls/voicemails and it's weeks later with no response, makes you wonder how bad communication is for residents... I was definitely interested in learning more about potentially living here but they've made that not possible so I'll be looking elsewhere in the neighborhood and I'd suggest you do the same.

I have lived here for a little over a year now. The Kasserman is worth every penny. Amazing neighborhood, great apartments, and the people who work in the building are extremely kind and helpful. Athina in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to help me resolve issues with neighbors and make sure that I am happy with my living situation. Truly an excellent place!
