I lived in Park cheesman from May to October/November 2023. While the location was incredible, the building and management were awful. The garage door was broken for months and My partners car was broken into (along with several other cars). For biked in the garage, the door was propped open numerous times and didnt feel secure. Management communicated very poorly on fixing the garage doors and never mentioned break ins or how they were handling the situation. Laundry was constantly broken and they increased prices before we moved out. Elevators were broken multiple times and just felt so outdated. Carts for moving in and out were totally falling apart so moving out was pretty annoying. It also took us months to get our security deposit back. Again, great location with access to Cheesman and apartments were decent enough (great views of the mountains!) but unfortunately management and the building needing updates made this place not live up to its potential.
