        Scheduled an install and have been sitting here all day and unable to call to find out the status. I do not recommend CentryLink to anyone

        Horrible, had them and made timely payments kept loading internet, upgraded for higher speeds and gave a second chance internet went out because our modem want authenticated which they should have done the very first day they upgraded us. We work from home so almost lost our jobs due to them, cancelled and went XFinity that same day and it was installed running faster that same day!!! NEVER TRUST CenturyLink
