        I am a customer of T-Mobile and have been for eight years. I switched to T-Mobile because Verizon has horrible customer service. But around February 20 I came in to look at an upgraded phone since mine had broken. I was talked into new Internet service. I was a customer of Xfinity, and the payment wouldve been the same, ($60) if not slightly lower than Xfinity was charging me. I also save $30 because the government pays 30 of my bill. So I would not have switched unless I was going to save money. I also was promised a two week trial for free upon getting my bill. I was charged $99 People at this location either need more training or they just need to be fired. Because this was completely uncalled for.

        It had been days that I was having multiple issues with my phone. I had been in touch with Apple for multiple days, I also spoke with T Mobile by phone for multiple hours and finally I had to leave work and go to the T - Mobile store on North Academy. Thank God I did as Joseph (Jojo), waited on me. He is amazing! He was so informative, courteous, intelligent, patient, kind and he went the extra mile to make sure my phone was operating properly again! He trouble shot everything and was able to bring it all to a great resolve! The man is a genius! He remedied what the others could not and now I have a phone in working condition once again, thanks to him! I would highly recommend this particular store also for their congeniality and truly caring about their customers! This was truly a great experience and I am thankful to be with T Mobile because of him!
