        Switched from Verizon because of their promotion at the time and 3 months after a lot of back and forth with customer service I am finding out that we do not qualify for the rebate to pay off our old phones even though we were informed that we would. The sales rep apparently signed us up for promotions that are not able to be combined and now we are being denied a rebate upwards of $600. I've contacted many reps in many different departments about this issue and none have been able to make this right. *******Updating my review to 5 stars due to the customer service I received from Meaghan, the GM,regarding my issue. She listened to me and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with the attention to this matter.
