        Our AmeriGas driver, Melody, was outstanding in our last delivery. AmeriGas promised they would deliver the propane and she got the job done. This has not been my experience with AmeriGas in the recent past. In the past two years, speaking from my experience, they have been a company that consistently over promised and under delivered. I have been very dissatisfied. However, if Melody is an example of what the service will be like in the future, then I will once again be able to recommend AmeriGas. That has not been the case in the recent past. Lets see what the future brings. Im giving 4 stars because the last two years are still a recent nightmare.

        Been trying to resolve a customer service issue since November 2021, its March 2022, still not resolved after escalations and filing a complaint with BBB.
