The trailer I rented was well maintained but very dirty, the inside was very clean, just the outside was dirty, it was worth the project use for what I needed it for. The employees there were very friendly and helpful.

Brandon did a fantastic job renting out the motorcycle trailer to me and hooking it up when I picked it up. Also Gabe did a wonderful job unhooking my trailer when I dropped it off. They both were nice and did an outstanding job please give them raises. Thank you so much! I recommend U Haul to everyone!

Charlie & Brandon were Excellent with helping us after the original order folks "lost my order" I had to call an hour before the confirmation time the day before as they didn't check in as stated. They found another trailer for me at a different address and we went to pick up. It was there but no office so I called the number on the text an was greeted with a rep with an attitude. I explained my issue and he rudely sent me to another address. We went there and Charlie was GREAT! he found my order set me up with the trailer I needed and Brandon hooked us up to go.. I HIGHLY Recommend if you need to rent a trailer in Colorado Springs GO TO CHARLIE at 1193 N. Academy Blvd.. Charlie and Brandon will Set You UP! As for the Rude Guy, Karma will go with him.. :) Thanks U-Haul We made it Safely to Michigan!

Everything worked out smooth, I did end up bringing the truck back early but only because my plans for it didn't work out like I wanted. But when I get it worked out, I'll definitely be using this uhaul again. Nice experience and easy and everything explained very clear. No hidden fees and they finalize everything after you've returned the equipment.
