Normally this is a great location. But today it let me down. I went to get a new flashlight but in Aile 16 there were none. So as I was headed to the exit I asked did they have any? Well they said they had them behind the counter for some reason and also bye the exit door. with the walking around I just no thanks and went to home depot right bye my house and low and behold they have flashlight in the aisle where they belong. so was satisfied with my purchase from Home depot. Sorry you lost a sale.

They charge you before trying to program a key. Do not go to Ace for programming keys go to a dealership.

Gave this ACE another try today. Our family has not been shopping here due to a lack of help, bad attitudes and generally disappointing experiences. Today I stopped in to pick up some paint. I waited at the paint counter for help for quite some time and no one spoke to us. When I tracked someone down she said they had already called someone to help us and they would be over in just a moment. We waited a while longer and no one came to help. So we left our other purchases and took our business elsewhere. I'm done giving them chances.

Everything I needed for my bonsai trees was in stock and priced right! The only thing that I couldn't find myself (sandy loam) was in a strange spot. However the associate that helped me find it was cheerful and very knowledgeable. FYI, the only reason that the sandy loam was in a strange place was that they are in the winter to spring transition period...great place comfy atmosphere. Your Grandpa's hardware store.
