I recently switched my service from ATT to Verizon when the new iPhone 6 arrived. The Verizon rep put me on a different plan than what we agreed to and said that it would be corrected once our new phones arrived are are activated. After 3 trips to the store and working with a manager, my plan is still not fixed. I am paying for data that I have not been given and there is little hope that it will ever be fixed. Classic bait and switch at Verizon....they got their commission from a new customer and now I am left with a 2 year contract on a plan I never wanted. If a rep offers you an "Inactive Price Request" just run away. This is code for you're about to be screwed.

Nothing against this store but verizon in general after a while will slowly hike up your bill. I left verizon because for the past four months my phone was getting cut off a week and a half prior to my due date! Time and time again I tried correcting the problem because I wasn't even receiving warning texts, emails, or even my bill in the mail! All I was told over the phone was that it wouldn't happen again... Damn right it didn't because I am now on at&t and happy.

I JUST GOT ONE OF THOSE I-PHONE AND IT BROKE IT NEED TO TELL PEOPLE
THIS NEW I-PHONE ALSO INVADES PRIVACY THEY HAVE A CAMERA ON THE PHONE AND IT WATCHES PEOPLE WHEN THEY CUT IT OFF.
TO BE WARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS, ITS NOT CRACK ON TO WHAT IT SEEMS TO BE ITS VERY DANGEROUS PRODUCT AND ITS REALLY CRAZY MATERIAL.
SO BEWARE OF VERIZON WIRELESS FAULTY ADVANCES, GO THE AT&T AND T-MOBILE OR VIRGIN-MOBILE.
