        I wanna give no stars to tmobile for taking out repair centers in Colorado Springs gotta pay an arm and leg to replace my phone now and it's just my screen cracked highly disappointed

        I had a connection issue with my new phone, and Rachelle diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed me right up!! She also transferred my husband's data to another phone we had, all for NO additional charge! Rachelle is friendly, knowledgeable and just the best!!! Thanks Rachelle!!!
