        No service at all to the customer. Deposit your money, and that's all they do for you. They wouldn't even approve a 100% secured loan.

        Terrible experience with my home loan. Escrow department was always messing up paying insurance and/or validating insurance. To make it more fun, escrow department is "offline" so you can never actually talk to a human to try to fix mistakes they have made. You can only email and hope they respond within a week.
