        No one answers the phone for hours and contacting through the website is much faster however, it doesn't matter since they state the obvious and makes it a "your problem ? You solve it" situation. Not worth your time.

        Don't call them. Use the online website form. I got a call within 2 minutes after I spent a week and a 100 phone calls trying to get ahold of them. Use the website "contact us" form.

        Most neglected property taken care of, 244 units and 81k from owners and this is where all HOA funding is going. When I address any of my issues, they make you feel like your the problem.
