Title: Extremely Disappointed with J and J Home Management Rental Company Review: I recently had a highly frustrating experience with J and J Home Management Rental Company, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against utilizing their services. First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with a representative who can adequately address any concerns or questions. Calls and emails go unanswered, leaving customers feeling ignored and frustrated. When you finally manage to reach someone, their attitude is dismissive and unhelpful, further exacerbating the problem. Crystal is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. Furthermore, the maintenance and upkeep of the rental properties managed by J and J are severely lacking. Multiple issues in my rented home went unresolved for weeks, despite multiple complaints. It seemed as though the company had little regard for the well-being and comfort of their tenants. I encountered a myriad of problems ranging from faulty plumbing to electrical issues, and each time it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to take any action. To make matters worse, J and J Home Management Rental Company showed a complete lack of transparency and professionalism when it came to financial matters. I faced numerous discrepancies with my rental payments, with arbitrary fees and charges being added without any clear explanation or justification. Their accounting practices were sloppy and disorganized, leaving tenants feeling uncertain and distrustful. Overall, my experience with J and J Home Management Rental Company has been a nightmare. Their lack of communication, poor maintenance, and unprofessional conduct make them a highly unreliable and untrustworthy choice for home management services. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice and explore other options. Spare yourself the headaches and frustration by choosing a more competent and reputable company.

J &J Property Management is an awesome company. They are courteous and professional. I've never rented from a company with a more prompt maintenance team as J & J. Overall I'm very pleased with them.

J & J PROPERTY MANAGEMENT they are outstanding again! I have been a renter with J &J PROPERTY MANAGEMENT almost 8 years. I truly have had a great experience throughout the years with the team. They are extremely professional, trustworthy, they always take action fast. I had a emergency plumbing issue on a Friday evening. I requested a maintenance service they got in touch with me right away. First thing Saturday morning Colby was here to fix my plumbing issue. All is Great! Thank you J&J Property Management team.
