Terrible. I own my condo and have a designated parking space. Three days after my tags expired they threaten to tow my car (obviously have deal/getting money from towing company) Plumbing issue that they refuse to acknowledge as well as dangerous electrical box. No idea how my place passed inspection. Also Judy the property manager is a cruel, incompetent, corrupt person.

Had to postpone the sale of my property because they wouldnt get the HOA paperwork together in time. They shut the swimming pool down early in 2019 because of broken chairs tried to blame vandalism but they were clearly rust covered. Shut it down the next year for Covid but then decided to start rebuilding it in 2021 and hadnt finished by end of summer. Still charging fees for the time it was down. Raised HOA from $226 to $289 in those two years.

They said the pool would be opening this summer in May. They just redid the deck and filled it with water and just left the water without cleaning it or using chemicals so we could use the pool before it closes for the season. The tennis courts look terrible. Theres always trash from people littering everywhere. They never answer the phone and rarely respond to voicemails. The property is overrun with yellow jackets and they have failed to fix the problem after multiple complaints. Ive been stung 3 times and my dog was stung once. I cant park in my assigned spot because it will be covered in them when I try to get in my car. They havent released a newsletter since May when they promised the pool would be opening. I wish I knew all this before buying here.

Great HOA!!! Tries very hard to satisfy everyones needs and is very responsive. The other reviews on google are very untrue, these people are clearly upset because they dont do there jobs as tenants. Judy is a great woman who does everything to work with the board of directors for her communities. I would highly recommend Sunshine management (ps. Judy is not a smoker that review is a total lie and a very disgusting act of slander due to this person not getting there way)
