I highly recommend Full Use PM. My rental property is in Colorado and I live in California. Before hiring Full Use I was trying to manage my rental on my own which was a job in itself not to mention stressful. Since hiring Full Use not only does the rental listing look beautiful and very professional but they have been able to get my condo rented within days of it hitting the market. In addition I receive direct deposits on time each month, lines of communication are open, response time is very quick and leases are negotiated always exceeding my expectations. I am beyond pleased to have Full Use managing my property!

Steve is a breath of fresh air. He is very responsive to any and all of my inquiries -- no matter how trivial -- and takes care of the property as if it's his own. He is reliable, resourceful (when the gas grill igniter didn't work, he knew to replace the battery and did so in record time), and personable. I feel pleased that my tenants get to interact with him, because I know they're getting great service and support. I was hesitant to work with a property manager and I feel so much better having done so! He doesn't disappoint....at all.
