Horrible customer service. Very rude, not helpful. They were to call me back after I opened a case and did not and I had to go through everything again and reopen the case. This is my third Lexus. I did not have to buy another one. My entire family drives Lexus vehicles. I went to have this car inspected before I bought it from Lexus and they refused saying I need an appointment which is not true. If they did their job I would have known this issue before purchasing the car. Now the paint is coming off my car and Lexus does not want to stand behind their customers. I will never buy another Lexus. I never have had this issue with the other two, which were RXs too. Then Lexus tried to tell me they dont represent the dealership. It is not their problem they did not inspect my car.. you allowed the dealership to put the name Lexus on it. You are going off what the guy said at the dealership but you don’t represent them? Horrible horrible customer service. I have always told everyone to get a Lexus and been a strong advocate. Not anymore. Mike the supervisor is the most unhelpful, ignorant person I have never dealt with. He should be fired. I told him what he said made no sense and he just continued to repeat himself. He spoke over me the entire conversation. He tried to make scenarios of what could have happened.. it either happened or didn’t. He could not answer my questions. One question specifically asking why when I had my car inspected by Lexus they didn’t see this issue. Could not answer that. Then goes we don’t represent the dealership? But.. You are going off solely what the dealership said? Without a second opinion you did not even offer that? On top of all that! Mike said he “believed†it was repainted. Zach at the dealership said two doors were blended? Which is it Lexus? You denied my case without even knowing what you were talking about. Both Mike and Zack were saying COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS! Mike should be fired. Lastly, the issue is on the outside of my car.. I’m on the inside. I don’t care. But when other people see my car I’m going to say Lexus sells horrible products. When other people see it they won’t want to buy a Lexus because they see a newer one is already falling apart. Lexus is not what is use to be. Just spoke with Lindsay above Mike. She told me she does not care the paint is coming off my car, she does not care Mike lied and I have it in writing. She was literally like speaking to an automated system. They do not take care of or care for their customers at all. I will never be a customer again.
