I bought a brand new s580 for my dads birthday from the Torrance Mercedes dealer and brought it back to Colorado. There is an issue with the 12v battery and the sensors. The dealer never checked for all these items upon delivery.The dealer should of checked all this before I took possession of a $150,000 dollar vehicle. I keep on getting a run around from Mercedes and the Torrance dealership. They rarely follow up with you. I always have to follow up. I hate writing bad reviews in general but felt I had to write this review. I work hard for my money and got a vehicle that doesn’t work right and nothing is getting done about it. My next action is to look into filing a lemon law if the car doesn’t get fixed.

I tried to make service appointment thru online website. It was much easier few years ago. I got stock on What-kind-of-service-you-need page and was not able to make appointment. You should simply that page. That is why I gave 8 on question one. I called service department on phone, but answering service only. I had to go to see Frank myself to ask him to make appointment. You seem do not care for customer's satisfaction. Improve it, if you care!!!!!!!!
