Unfortunately, this was not a good visit. I actually have never experienced this type of service in the past 6+ years that I've been coming to this dealership. I understand that a lot of companies are suffering staffing issues and this might be the cause to some of it but communication is key. I've been in customer service for 20+ years and the service I received should be used as a training for new hires of things not to do. My car needed to be towed in so I called to see if they would except the tow. Once the car was received I received a call from the advisor informing me that he received the car. He said it would take a few days before getting to it ( this was on Wednesday). On Friday afternoon I reached out to the advisor for an update and was informed there was no update and they probably couldn't look at the vehicle until sometime the following week. He was generous to speak with upper management to get me approved for a rental (Friday). The following week I received a text message not even a call to inform me of the issues wrong with the vehicle with pricing. Later that day I approve for the work to be completed and was informed it should take about a day. I then called back and could never reach my advisor so I continued to call and finally learned after several days he was on vacation. I requested for someone to call me back and never received a call. I ended going to the dealer on Saturday afternoon and learned my car had been ready.

I have brought my truck in for a few different things and the person that I deal with is Javier. He goes out of his way to make sure that I am well taken care of, I cant say enough about how well he does his job because I can call or stop in and he is ready to listen. Thank you Javier for all you do.
