Nicholas Ely in the service department is so amazing, hes thorough and efficient and explains things in a way Id understand (not a car girl, gf!) he goes above and beyond and updated me anytime something happened with my car, and trust me I know my car caused headaches. Definitely ask for him if you need help!

The service department took their cleaning precautions to deliver my truck after it was fixed. Technicians Abel and Samuel know how to communicate professionally and they finished earlier than expected, so I recommend my friends and family to come to Chase Chevrolet.

Super unpleasant. The past few times Ive been here the costumer care is below standards. They are superficially friendly but in no way provide customer satisfaction one comes to expect when going to a dealership and paying a premium. You can expect to wait and be ignored in the early mornings hours. Even if you have an appointment. They are late to work and make no effort to apologize or recognize peoples most valuable asset, time. They had my vehicle from 7 am (appointment made) till the end of the day for an inspection. I called mid day and was only Met with the typical my technician is a lunch and should be with me shortly with any progress updates. No call came at all during that day. I called early the next morning and was told I had to be called back so they could put together a parts list. Mind you they had the vehicle the whole day. And once they got back to me they simply said I needed a lot of work done and really gave no professional explanation towards any of the work. I will not be buying future vehicles from this dealership or taking any new vehicles here purely bcs the maintenance and care side of the dealership.
