Came here to have my amp research power steps repaired and was quoted a very reasonable price compared to the competition. When I brought it in it's took the mechanic a little longer than expected to fix the problem due to some complications, however he still honored the original quote that he gave me. Overall I am very pleased with the results and haven't had an issue with the steps since. Will definitely be coming back here for additional work needed to pump up my Jeep

We ordered, and payed up front, for a dash mat 2 months ago that was supposed to be in within 10 days max. After waiting a month, WE had to call THEM and ask what was going on with it. Pat said he would look into it for us and follow up the next day. The following afternoon, I had to call THEM back again and he told me that he could refund me or reorder it for us because it had somehow not been shipped with their regular order. I, regretfully, had him "reorder" it for me. Now, almost another month later, that "rushed" reorder is nowhere to be seen, no phone call from them, they won't answer their phones, and their voice mailbox is full. My husband went by during business hours and they were closed. Now I'm wondering if they are going out of business?! Either way, this is just terrible business practice. Actually, it's not even business at all, it's just plain theft. Truly disappointed. Especially after we have been so patient and kind about it up until now.
