I just had to run here and give a quick five stars! I scheduled an oil change and missed my apt. Jessica reached out to me and kindly let me know I forgot my appointment and that they offered to come to my residence to change me oil!!!!!!! Hansel Ford and team round of applause, this had made work and everything I had planned for the week that much more convenient and easy that they could just come to me. Jessica was very helpful and rescheduled my apt for me and I will continue to use this service. Love the app as well!! Appreciate it Hansel Ford. Youre making things very convenient for us!!!

Danise Collins is the best service advisor you can ask for! She goes way over and above for her customers and makes sure that what you are having done is done right. She's honest, transparent and makes you feel like you are #1. I followed her from Hansel Ford in Petaluma (I had several bad experiences there. I wouldn't recommend taking your late model diesel to them.) and couldn't be happier with her. If you take your vehicle in for service at Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa, do yourself a favor and ask for Danise. She'll treat you right and exceed your expectations.

I can't thank George at Hansel Ford more!!! They took my car after having HUGE ISSUES with the other Ford dealer in Santa Rosa! The whole thing was amazing and flawless! My new mustang was bought at the other dealer and needed a brand new transmission. I had a warranty and from start to finish I was informed and all my questions no matter how ridiculous were answered. Thank you Hansel Ford!!!

Title: Beware of Doug Wilson at Hansel Ford I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Doug Wilson at Hansel Ford, and it was an utterly horrendous experience. From the start the whole buying process was an enjoyable experience until I met with Doug. Firstly, Doug's demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional when it came to answering lingering questions. This was my first car and I wanted to feel comfortable making such a big purchase. It was clear that he seemed occupied with something that had to do with another deal in the office. Furthermore, Doug's lack of transparency was appalling. He attempted to push me towards a different vehicle that clearly didn't meet my needs, all while conveniently ignoring any questions or concerns I raised. The entire process felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, with Doug attempting to strong-arm me into a deal that was not in my best interest. It was evident that his only concern was making a sale, regardless of whether it was a suitable fit for me. To make matters worse, the level of customer service provided by Doug was abysmal. He was rude, condescending, and showed a complete disregard for basic courtesy after our interaction when I called to ask him information regarding my vehicle and an extra key. In conclusion, my experience with Doug Wilson at Hansel Ford was nothing short of a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with him to proceed with extreme caution, or better yet, avoid him altogether. Hansel Ford may have quality vehicles, but with salespeople like Doug Wilson, the overall experience is tarnished beyond repair.
