They have lost my five star rating, will no longer use them to service my car. The staff is not trained and double billed me a packaged service. I called and the new service manager made good on the overcharge but it took my time to work with them to resolve. They are also condescending to my wife, she took the car to resolve a issue with the tire sensor, was in the waiting room and they called me about the issue and would not talk to her. I told them that a wrong as could be and made them go talk to her. They acted like it was the 1950's and women do not know anything. Just all wrong! They could not resolve the senor issue, stated they did not have the ability to determine which time was causing the issue. Really they are a full service dealer shop. I took it my local shop and they found it and resolved it in an hour. They had all of the right tools.
