I also requested the tires be rotated. Service representative asked if I wanted the DEF fluid to be topped off and I agreed to that. They estimated the service would take 2 hours and it did. In 2023, my truck developed a rear window leak while still under warranty. I brought it in for what I believed would be a permanent fix. Nearly a year later, after another rainfall, the leak reappeared, now even more severe. Upon returning to the dealership, I learned that the initial repair was merely a temporary patch. Despite the dealership's assertion that they were doing me a favor due to the expired warranty, they did replace the seal, or so they claimed. I had requested an inspection of the carpets and the area behind the seats due to a musty odor that had developed in the truck. Subsequently, I had to return the truck for a thorough interior and exterior detailing. I want to commend Rafael for his assistance and I am hopeful that the issue has been resolved satisfactorily.
