I had such a positive experience working with Chris at Carpet Clearance. He made excellent suggestions on flooring (and I’m super picky/particular). We love our floors and equally awesome was the installation process. They were flexible and accommodating on scheduling, completely professional/reliable and their handiwork was spot on. Great, competitive pricing on materials, too!

Chris Moore was just fantastic. He knew our budget and the carpet was even more amazing once installed. The installation crew was absolutely professional and able to get the entire upstairs plus stairs completed in one day! I will definitely contact them again for flooring downstairs:)

I took the morning off of work for a 9 am consultation. By 9:30 the person had not shown up so I left. At 9:45 he called saying "Looks like I just missed you". 45 minute late is not "just missing" me. I am in the middle of a move and juggling 10 things and now I have to start the process over again with a new, more reliable vendor. I won't ever use this company again for anything..
