Lack of English!
I called Floor Solutions to have someone come to my home to measure for carpeting. The gal who answered the phone spoke broken English. She informed me I had to come into their shop to pick out carpet swatches first! I told her NO, have someone come to our house, measure and BRING CARPET SWATCHES. She said they don't do it that way! So, in other words, they do a hard sell on you for other products as well, in their store. Don't need the scam!

I had an amazing experience with Floor Solutions and Eric. Eric and his team were quick to do work and made sure that everything was done right. They were affordable and honest and provided the best product for our price range. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get your floors done!

Floor Solutions is and amazing company. From my first contact with Sylvie and Eric I knew that they cared about my needs. They are honest, have competitive prices and their suggestions for design are stylish and innovative.
Eric has remodeled my master bath, replaced a door-including the frame-and mitigated water damage due to a roof leak. All of the work was completed in a professional and timely manner.
The care and overall concern Sylvie and Eric have shown me is outstanding. When my roof was leaking during a recent rain storm I called Sylvie for help. Eric came over, assessed the situation, found the leak, drained the water from the interior ceiling and walls, placed plastic on the roof and completed the task within 3 hours of my call. He came the next day and set up blowers to dry out the attic and wall area where the water had accumulated.
I highly recommend Floor Solutions for any of your repair or home improvement projects.
