We recently had the pleasure of working with Brad for our flooring installation, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the outset, Brad spent time with us to guide us through our options and helped us make the perfect choice for our home. His team arrived exactly when they promised and came each day until the project was complete. Impressively, they finished ahead of schedule without compromising on quality or deviating from the agreed-upon price. The craftsmanship of Sergio and the other installers is evident in every corner of our floors, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with the beautiful transformation of our space. Highly recommend Brad and his team for their professionalism, skill, and exceptional service.

I NEVER write reviews, but our experience with Harts was exceptional, so here we are. Had the entire house done. From start to finish, we were made to feel like we were their most important customer. Always had time for our questions and concerns. We were flooring novices along with being pretty demanding. They guided us and held our hands throughout the process. Quick to respond. Reasonable price. Great selection. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly and got the job done when they promised. Brad is up front, on top of the job and super high energy. Sergio is the Yin to Brad's Yang. His installation team runs so smoothly and methodically. What an excellent business! Highly recommend!!!

From start to finish we have been very pleased with our experience with Hart's Family Flooring. Bottom line, we are very happy with our new floors. We found Brad to be patient and knowledgeable and great to work with. His selection of flooring is extensive and competitively priced. After getting multiple bids from other local flooring companies, Brad helped select the right flooring to meet our needs and budget constraints. We easily decided to go with Brad and his very experienced installer Sergio, who performed a fabulous job of installing our new floors and baseboards. It's refreshing to meet a tradesman that enjoys and cares about the quality of his work. Brad made a daunting experience painless and happily worked with us on scheduling as we had multiple trades working on our home with some fluid time frames. If you are looking for a good experience with your flooring, I'd recommend Brad and his crew at Hart's Family Flooring in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent experience with Hart's Family Flooring. Brad not only gave us a fair price, but upgraded our padding at no additional cost. We love our new bedroom carpet and Brad's team of installers was great, getting the job done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Hart's and will give them our business again should the need arise.
