Bunnin customer service and staff were friendly during the sale process. We arrived just as they were closing and they stayed open late to finish the buying process. They honored the price discussed over the phone, and the purchasing process was fairly easy. The reason for the 2 stars is Bunnin and GMs lackluster follow-up and disceptive warranty tactics when it comes to the vehicle and chip shortage. Bunnin sold us the vehicle with the verbal promise that the missing options would have chips available in 2 months. After 6 months and multiple follow-up calls, GM finally had one option available for installation. We are still waiting on the other missing option. One would think the warranty on the newly installed options would be extended to match the warranty bought when the vehicle was first new. But, GM and Bunnin have pointed fingers at each other and denied extending the warranty on the specific parts to match the original warranty agreed upon during purchase. Secondly, Bunnin tried to sell an extended bumper to bumper warranty, claiming the powertrain warranty does not cover everything inside the transmission, which appears to be false. I would suggest being very careful on buying vehicles with missing options, promised at a later date, as we are still waiting for parts 8 months after purchase. The communication between Bunnin and Chevy is disappointing and makes me think twice about buying a Chevy ever again.
