I have been going to this particular bath and body works for years, and it is my favorite place to come to around the holidays for the amazing Christmas candles and body care. Today I went in late afternoon and one of the girls that was on the floor restocking candles for the wall display was obviously in a very bad moon. She kept walking with a bad attitude, ignoring other customers and slamming the candles on the display. I asked her to confirm the 40% off sale for the whole store, and she looked at me and said yea its all on sale then continued to slam candles that she was unboxing. When I went to checkout the cashier was amazingly nice and helpful. So service is a hit or miss at this location.
