Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy unless you don't mind waiting every single time for your Rx, even when they have texted you several times its ready for pickup. Always rude and very curt with a bad attitude, even argumentative instead of helpful! I have since transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy that is efficient, and has great customer service with a smile. Honestly, the worst CVS I've ever encountered.

The pharmacy automated system is so bad and rude. When I want to speak to person about refills I dont to argue with machine telling it can help when it cant. I want s person speak to not an automated idiot

This CVS is absolutely horrible, does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their Pharmacy is so absolutely unhelpful, it doesnt matter what time of day, youll call them and wait on hold for hours with no response. I guarantee you theyre not busy enough to not be answering phones, Ive been in there and they rarely have more than 2 customers in line for pick up. They also always delay my prescriptions despite what the order date was meant to be and now Im without my daily medication because they delayed it and they wont answer the damned phone so Im stuck. Just go to the State Street CVS for your needs, far better. Edit: they picked up my call after many many tries over the course of 5 hours on and off. I had to call the front desk instead and the lady there told me the pharmacy was closed all day - which? I have never heard of CVS pharmacy having an off day. Something to look into maybe? Whoever owns this wreck. They said it was for their own reasons when I asked further. This is Im guessing why they delayed my prescription 3 days. Great job guys! Absolutely!
