If it is possible, I would like to give 10 stars.
People are so nice, Mike, Terry ( a lady ) and a young Chinese man from Taiwan
are so nice ( Other people are nice too ), so friendly. This is the best CVS in tri-valley. Maybe the best one in the whole Bay Area.
Even though this CVS's business hours are not as convenient as the CVS across street in Arroyo shopping center, the customer service is heaven to hell. If you have a bad day, you come to here and you will feel so good and become a good day. The other one across street will make your wonderful day to become a very sad day.

Most pharmacies don't care at all about you but these ladies do I just lost my father two days ago and have diabetes and got a root canal a day I was hurting and they helped me clear my prescription issue and get me my insulin etc thank you this is the first time I've ever had this happen
