I arrived early for my appointment and arranged to have a girlfriend pick me up to take me to lunch while the work was being done. Instead of checking me in quickly so I could leave, they told me to wait because they we're too busy to deal with me. I waited outside for 15 or 20 minutes before someone finally checked me in. They insisted that I did everything digitally, however, I was able to talk to a live person and actually a avoid some of the digital interaction. Then when I was at lunch I got a text message from the company saying they wanted to buy my car which I thought was rude, invasive, and inconsiderate (once again using digital infornation to make an offer on my car, which has nothing to do with me coming in for the safety child seat restraint inspection). I did get a text message saying my car was done (that was agreed) and the up side was that they actually washed the car for me which I appreciated very much. My girlfriend dropped me off and I went to retrieve my car and I waited another 15 or 20 minutes before they got my car. They handed the girl a key and she gave it to me but I still didn't see the car-it was not out front. She had to call someone to ask where it was. It was hiding behind another car towards the back. I think the digital experience has taken away the personal, compassionate and caring aspect of the dealership which attracted me to your dealership 3 years ago. The service people seemed annoyed and stressed out when I tried to communicate with them in person. Unfortunately, I find that not just with your dealership but with a lot of businesses... they lack communication skills and eye contact and smiling (everything is digital), and the companies have stopped teaching our younger employees about customer service skills.

Jasper went above and beyond and offered exceptional customer service, his contagious positive attitude made me feel welcome. He took the time to understand my vehicle issue and get it resolved without any judgment. I appreciate his assistance and I am glad he was the one helping me. Thank you Jasper!! :D

I took my Truck in for service and was greeted promptly. the staff was friendly and took down my concerns. the repairs were performed in a timely manner. no one wants to be without their car, but if I have to be i feel like it is in good hands at the dealership.

I recently took my 2015 Colorado truck to CB Chevrolet for a major service. The service specialist, Enrique, was so polite, friendly, efficient and professional (he even remembered my name). He offered me a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee and kept me up to date the entire time. Enrique went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer and he is outstanding at what he does. Thank you again for such a positive experience and I'll look forward to my next appointment.
