Such an amazing place and small community. I love living here. I've almost completed my first 1 year lease and if my present situation doesn't change I'll renew it. The place has old world charm in a courtyard gated type of setting. The grounds are well kept and the staff is extremely responsive, vested and proactive. It is also conveniently located to 101, 87 and 880 as well as many high tech businesses. Pay Berkeley Square a visit and meet Vangie, the on site property manager. Her and Eric are fantastic people! Really great apartment complex. It's centrally located, next to light rail and highways. The units themselves have been recently updated and have units with high ceilings, in unit washer/dryer, garage, a pool with bbq equipment granite countertops in kitchen and bath. The bathrooms are particularly nice. They just replanted all the trees and shrubs in front

I been living here for a year and a half and I'm very comfortable. The units are all updated and newly renovated I live coming home.The apt manger Vangie is awesome she makes sure it's safe and secure around here also Eric the maintenance man is great as well and will alsohelp with yoyr needs and concern. I di have to warn you if you are a rid raff or trouble starter this is not the place for you. You will not make it.other than that its a wonderful. Peaceful. I have been living at Berkeley square apartments since March of 2017 and let me be the first to tell you it's the best apartment complex I've stayed at in San Jose. Vangie the property manger has been the most resourceful, caring, communicative, loving and understanding manager I have ever came across while living in San Jose since 2010. From the apartment appreciation and holidays parties she throws every year, too just being able to come in her office and talk about anything! I truly can say I'm blessed that I have came across meeting Vangie! The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful. You are also conveniently a 2-3 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute drive from downtown. There also is a light rail station literally a block away which is very useful as well. The property is well maintained of trash and safe with cameras and security. The maintenance man Eric is also very swift with any repairs you need done! I would recommend living here to anyone!
