Livorno Square

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time, and finally, I'm glad to share my exceptional experience at Livorno Square. From the moment we moved in, it's been nothing short of fantastic. First and foremost, I must highlight our incredible property manager, Deziraee. Her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made our transition seamless, despite our abrupt move. She went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I felt welcomed and settled. The community itself is a testament to excellent management. Livorno Square is impeccably maintained, clean, and boasts constant housekeeping. As a busy professional, this level of care and attention to detail is invaluable to me. Additionally, I must commend the onsite maintenance. Anthony is very prompt and proficient, addressing any concerns or issues with ease. It's reassuring to know that any maintenance needs are promptly met. While I was touring and making my rounds I've noticed some negative reviews online, I urge potential residents not to be deterred. Our experience at Livorno Square has been the complete opposite. Don't let reviews cloud your judgment come and experience the exceptional community firsthand. In conclusion, choosing Livorno Square as our home has been one of the best decisions we've made. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication to excellence. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

The property is not well maintained anymore. Packages pile up in the lobby. The floors in the public spaces are dirty. Trash shoots back up regularly. The garbage can near the elevator in the parking garage is always overflowing with trash. Service requests are often ignored until a physical meeting with the property manager. Lead time on repairs is longer than necessary because there doesn't seem to be an inventory of replacement parts kept on site, always dependent upon an order from HDSupply. The maintenance staff does the best they can with the limitations applied by property management. Seems like additional staffing would be an improvement to the general appearance of the public spaces.

Bad experience here for scheduling a tour. Arrive on time and wait outside for 30mins. Then we have to be back. Total waste of time. Now I can tell what is called BAD MANAGEMENT.

Worst service ever. Booking tour time and NO ONE in the leasing office.
