Great place to live, large apartments and good distribution, beautiful and clean social areas, and the best thing is its location south of San Jose!

We moved from NY to CA and pick this apartment complex online, without seeing it in real. And was surprised how nice is it! Signed lease online, leasing managers helping out us a lot. The service team very polite and quick responding. We have no issues with anything about lease, apartment and anything else. Of course we understand that complex builded not recently, but management try to maintain all complex as best as they can. For the first month can say nothing but good impression.

This place is nice and all but for the price you paying you would think customers service would be great but no. Their office super hard to reach and trying to find them in office is even harder. They not always there and they left early. On the website said they be there until 5 but they gone home since 2-3 pm.

My partner and I moved in a month ago, and we are so happy! Prior to finding Saybrook, we toured a few spots but we knew this was the community for us. The amenities are nice and the leasing staff have been very attentive and friendly (Thank you Camyll & Janille!). Conveniently there is a a grocery store, shopping mall, a great variety of restaurants, and a park all within walking distance! Loving our time here :)

I went in yesterday with my voucher my I'd my holding deposit .they told me they had afew available wen on the tour about to sign papers n they was a problem .it seem like they didn't want to rent to me. So I called today lady was supposed to call me bk in 30 min n it's been hours
