        The management is rude and condescending. When your car got stolen: it is none of our business. When everything goes well: you must take in your trash bin everyday and you must put it out everyday between 6 to 8 pm for trash. Yes, they literally said IT IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS.

        I have lived in this community for almost 1 year and my experience has been fantastic! Shawn, the community manager, is a super nice gentleman who genuinely cares for us residents and is willing to go the extra mile to help. He has been in this industry for many years with tons of valuable experience, and will always come up with helpful, creative solutions to different issues. He leads a great team of onsite staff members, including Yesenia, the assistant property manager, who is also very dedicated to resident services. Sofi Riverview Park is a quiet, safe and family-friendly community, away from street noises but still in a convenient location. Highly recommend.
