        Great location, just minutes walk to downtown Willow Glen! In response to Tim Ruzzo's review from a year ago, the pest problems have been addressed & are under control. Water damage has been repaired & mold issue resolved. Apartments have been remodeled. On site manager responds quickly to requests. Maintenance personnel is efficient. Pet friendly community!

        Rats infesting the walls. Extensive water damage throughout the building causing extremely high levels of black mold (stachybotrys). Asbestos and Lead present as well. Hazard to to the safety and health of people in, around, or nearby this building.
