My partner and I went to them with an interest in having them do our business returns, and also the tax returns for a non-profit I am associated with. We made an appointment, and spent over an hour at their office giving them all of our information, and then emailed them many documents they requested. We were told we would hear back within the week with a quote to do the work. That was the last we ever heard from them. I made repeated calls to their office for someone to call me back and let me know where things stood, and nobody even had the professionalism to call back. Fortunately we found another gay accountant who was very happy to do business with us. If this is what they do with potential new business, imagine how bad the response would be after they already have your money!

My Partner Eric Bachman and myself, Jeff Styer have been a loyal customers of Johnson Tax/ Beyond Just Tax, Inc. San Francisco. We were quite disappointed when we dropped out taxes off in with the pre-payer Dennis in early March. We were then contacted Johnson/ Beyond Just Tax and spoke with another gentleman whom we found worked in the office as a CPA since Dennis was not working on our taxes. He had no idea what was going on with our taxes and would get back with us. This continued for weeks and nothing resolved. Messages were left, no call back, upon tax day, we still had no idea what was going on, we were told that an extension was going to have to be competed. Why? Because they simply were not done. This is not a reason, they were there in plenty of time to be completed. An extension was filed for Eric. We asked about my taxes and again, no idea what was going on, possible extension, we have no idea will have to get back with you. I was shocked to see such bad service from a company I’ve grown to trust. I feel let down by this incident. My faith can’t be restored with them. Dennis Fullalove, EA according to his signature line, he is the President and Chief Operating Officer. When I informed Mr. Fullalove that neither my partner nor I would ever return to their office based upon the complete disaster they created in our lives and that I would spread the news through social media to avoid this place at all costs, he had nothing to say in defense of their actions, conduct or lack of work ethic. Dennis, you lack integrity, values, work ethic and you should not be working with peoples taxes it is outrageous your behavior. Anyone can buy themselves a position or title, in this case, I feel that is the only way you have such a tittle, what a disgrace.

More than a month after reporting an error with my unfiled returns and I'm still waiting for the corrections. April 15th is getting awfully close.
