Your staff was amazing. My wife and I went in to get her sized. Now, the first woman she spoke with was probably new and gave my wife the wrong size but that was quickly fixed. The store was amazingly clean. But the staff, again, amazing. Never did my wife ever have to get her own stuff. Someone was always there to help get what she needs and gave great recommendations. Recently went to another Victorias Secret and was let down with customer service but this store was on top of it. Thank you.

Love the brand and everything in the store, but at this location some employees would treat you well only if you're carrying Gucci or Louis Vuitton shopping bags, so God forbid if you dared to buy something from Ross/Target and show up there! The employee was obviously annoyed that I'm using a coupon for a free item that was mailed to me, so once she saw my bill is going to be $0.00 I wasn't a customer for her anymore. She didn't even handle me my stuff after I told her I didn't need a bag, I had to take my stuff from the counter either because she was afraid she's going to get a rash from someone who has previously been to Ross or because her 4 feet nails didn't allow her to. Even though I said "Have a good one" and she replied with a painful "Thank you". Not even saying it back. I would recommend going to Victoria's Secret on Powell Street, just a couple of blocks away, where people are polite and know how to sell and make customers going back!
