The guy at check out was bad. He was not happy to be there and sold me a credit card under false pretenses then had a "ugh whatever" attitude. Complete with eye rolling and judgement. I left feeling played

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the African American cashier at Victoria's Secret. Not only was he racist and incredibly rude, but he treated me with complete disrespect because of my ethnicity. He threw my clothes on the desk and even left tags on them to make the alarm go off at the exit door. It's clear that this individual has no respect for anyone who doesn't fit into his narrow worldview, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid interacting with him in any capacity. Furthermore, his decision to give me a gift and then remove it once he found out my nationality is a clear indication of his deep-seated prejudices and complete lack of professionalism. I am truly disgusted by this individual's behavior and hope that Victoria's Secret takes swift action to address this issue.

Well organized, big location in the heart of the high-end shopping of Union Square. Solid variety of sizes available, and interestingly informative sizing info right on the mannequins. Thoughtful staff, not pushy or worried about commissions.
