Great place to catch up on that gift idea. Whether it be a birthday or a wedding, this place has everything you need for a successful dinner or kitchen setup. The staff here is knowledgeable of their products and if they don't know, they find out the answer for you. The Staff is courteous and kind with a flare of jovial humour. My experience here was fantastic and I would recommend this store to anyone wanting an exceptional product as there prices are pricey, but well worth the extra money spent. I'll be back.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be aware of dealing with difficult order processing service reps.
Placed a large order online with expedited shipping. Order Confirmation received right away.
Three days go by and no knives have been shipped. Called customer service to find out whats going on everything looks good on our end, I dont know why the order was delayed. Another day goes by and the entire order was canceled without any notification. I call again, no clue what happened, get redirected to order processing and have to listen to the rep ARGUING and DEBATING with me that a message has been left on day of order for verification purposes. There was no message, no email. Very rude, didnt let me finish my sentences and just talked over me repeatedly with the same exact sentence I see here that a message has been left. Absolutely no way to talk to customers, no intention at all to figure out a solution. Absolutely no interest in regaining our business but more interested in debating.
