Stayed here for 11 nights. All people who work here were extremely helpful to us, they even allowed us order things from Amazon to the hotel and picked up the products when we were outside of the hotel and gave it to us as soon as we were back. I definitely recommend this hotel. No need to stay in the dirty hotels at Union Square while this one exists. It is clean and it's not hard to travel from here to pretty much anywhere in the city.
Rooms: Very clear and quiet rooms.
Nearby activities: It is just near the Golden Gate Park which is an amazing park that has a great view of the Golden Gate. It is great if you like walking in the mornings.

This was my adventure base camp! I visit SF twice a year to do some hiking and always stay in this neighborhood. It's not like downtown with all the craziness. The place is just enough for you to have a place near lots of neat trails. From Presidio to Lands End and even the Bridge fairly close. It's next to a little neighborhood market for any last minute munchies and next to a delicious pizza spot. There are no microwaves in the room, but did have a mini fridge. No complaints from me!

This inn is wonderfully located near the most famous attractions of San Fran. However, the rooms lacked natural light, and the beds were a bit small. The rooms were clean, though.
Nearby activities: Plenty of nearby activities, Chinatown and Golden Gate Bridge, was close-by.
Walkability: The hotel was near public transport, which made it very accessible.

Room was reasonably priced for what is included and VERY clean. Easy check in, comfortable beds and close proximity to public transportation to get anywhere you want to go. Made my first trip to San Francisco a great experience!
