Below average: Tiny rooms, very noisy. Construction noise and street noise wafts right into the room and there is nothing you can do about it. The only good thing is the convenient location but you are too close to the tenderloin which is a slum. Room amenities don't appear to have been refreshed since the 80's. Ancient TV, poor picture and sound. Room literally the size of a closet. I'll definitely give this a miss next time around.
